Special tariffs apply at Christmas and for the New Year - available on application.

All tariffs are quoted in New Zealand Dollars and are inclusive of 15% Goods & Services Tax (GST). Tariffs are subject to confirmation at the time of booking.

Reservation and Cancellation Policy

Reservations are confirmed with a credit card number and 25% deposit of the total stay. The balance is due on Check-Out.

We are a small exclusive Lodge and cancellations affect us greatly. We strongly advise guests to take out travel insurance to protect themselves against any unexpected changes to their travel plans.

If a reservation is cancelled within 30 days prior to arrival, a 25% cancellation fee will apply. Cancellations within 14 days prior to arrival, a 50% cancellation fee will apply. Cancellations within 7 days prior to arrival, 100% of the value of the booking will be forfeited. Should we manage to rebook the accommodation this fee will be refunded.

Settlement

MasterCard, Visa and American Express are accepted at the Lodge.

Children

We regret that we cannot accommodate children under the age of 16 years. An exception to this is made when one group books the exclusive use of the Lodge.
